We are a top conglomerate, headquartered in Lagos, with a strong presence in Nigeria and growing footprint in West Africa. We are boosting our Property and Real Estate arm and are looking for talented professionals to join our dynamic team and drive sales and leasing for our prime properties across major Nigerian cities in the capacity below:

Job Title: Head of Sales

REF: HOS
Location: Nigeria

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales and leasing strategies
  • Lead and manage sales/leases and marketing team
  • Drive sales, leasing and revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Required qualification, experience and skills:
  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Estate Management, Business Administration, or related field from a reputable university.
  • An MBA will be an added advantage
  • Minimum of 20 years' experience in real estate sales/leasing
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
  • Established network and ability to leverage a large portfolio of corporate clients
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of Nigerian real estate market.
