Locations: Gbagada, and Victoria Island - Lagos

Summary

• We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated SEN Teacher to support students with additional learning needs and ensure an inclusive, engaging, and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to diverse learning needs
• Use varied teaching strategies and assistive technologies to support student learning
• Create and maintain a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment
• Assess student progress and provide timely feedback to parents and stakeholders
• Maintain accurate records of student development and learning outcomes
• Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and school leadership to implement support strategies
• Support students’ behavioural, social, and emotional development
• Engage with parents through regular communication and meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education, Education, or related fields
• Relevant certification or training in Special/Inclusive Education
• Experience working with children with diverse learning needs
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for inclusive education
• Commitment to continuous professional development.
