Job Title: Software Sales Manager

Description

  • A leading Tech Solutions firm is seeking to hire a dynamic and results-driven Software Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and expand its customer base.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong experience in IT/software sales, excellent client relationship skills, and the ability to identify and convert business opportunities within the technology space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify business opportunities by evaluating prospects and analyzing market trends.
  • Sell software solutions by establishing contact and building strong client relationships.
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
  • Create and manage a database of prospects through online and offline channels.
  • Conduct tele-calling activities to schedule meetings and deliver product demos.
  • Identify product improvements and new opportunities by staying updated on industry trends and competitors.
  • Prepare sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Maintain quality service by enforcing organizational standards.
  • Build and maintain professional networks and industry knowledge.
  • Contribute to team success by achieving sales targets and supporting team goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or any related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in IT/software sales.
  • Proven experience working in a technology or software company.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and prospecting skills.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • High energy level and self-motivation.
  • Strong client relationship management skills.
  • Good communication skills (both written and verbal).
