We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Deputy Station Manager

Location: Abia

Job Summary

  • We seek for a female Deputy Station Manager to support in overseeing the daily operations of the station, ensuring efficient service delivery, staff supervision, safety compliance, and achievement of sales targets.
  • She plays a key role in maintaining operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervising daily station activities, including fuel sales and retail operations
  • Ensure accurate dispensing of petroleum products and monitor stock levels
  • Handling inventory management, including reconciliation of fuel and product stock
  • Ensure proper functioning of pumps and other equipment
  • Drive sales performance and ensure targets are met or exceeded
  • Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints promptly
  • Promote loyalty programs and upsell retail products
  •  Supervising, scheduling, and coordinating station staff
  • Monitor staff performance and ensure adherence to company policies
  • Provide on-the-job training and support to staff
  • Monitor daily cash sales and ensure proper cash handling procedures
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports
  • Ensure accurate documentation of transactions
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations
  • Enforce the use of PPE and safe handling of petroleum products
  • Conduct routine safety checks and report hazards
  • Maintain proper records and documentation
