Job Title: Deputy Station Manager
Location: Abia
Job Summary
- We seek for a female Deputy Station Manager to support in overseeing the daily operations of the station, ensuring efficient service delivery, staff supervision, safety compliance, and achievement of sales targets.
- She plays a key role in maintaining operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising daily station activities, including fuel sales and retail operations
- Ensure accurate dispensing of petroleum products and monitor stock levels
- Handling inventory management, including reconciliation of fuel and product stock
- Ensure proper functioning of pumps and other equipment
- Drive sales performance and ensure targets are met or exceeded
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints promptly
- Promote loyalty programs and upsell retail products
- Supervising, scheduling, and coordinating station staff
- Monitor staff performance and ensure adherence to company policies
- Provide on-the-job training and support to staff
- Monitor daily cash sales and ensure proper cash handling procedures
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports
- Ensure accurate documentation of transactions
- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations
- Enforce the use of PPE and safe handling of petroleum products
- Conduct routine safety checks and report hazards
- Maintain proper records and documentation
