We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Data Reporter (Entry Level)

Location: Kama-Otto, Nasarawa
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking a fresh Malegraduate, who is hardworking and has knowledge of computer system especially in the use of Microsoft excel software to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for data entry, management and supervision of movement of goods and stock within the warehouse / logistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, organize and maintain data in an accurate and timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of machinery spare parts in the warehouse.
• Document and track spare parts other items recieved via truck delivery in the warehouse.
• Monitor and oversee the offloading process to ensure efficiency and smoothness.
• Update Inventory management systems
• Monitor the flow of goods in and out of the warehouse, ensuring all items are properly documented.
• Maintain accurate records of materials / bags processed daily.
• Monitor and oversee the truck loading process.
• Process truck gate passes efficiently.
• Operate computer systems and software proficiently, including microsoft Excel and other data management tools.

Requirements

• Should be a fresh graduate who have completed school with a Bachelor's Degree or HND qualification.
• Proficiency in using computer systems, especially Microsoft Excel, WPS and other data entry software.
• Excellent Knowledge of tables, statistics and data reporting.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Preferred candidate should be within the age range of 20 - 26 years.
