Job Title: Medical Sales Representative

Job Summary

  • The Medical Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s healthcare and hygiene products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals.
  • This role involves building strong relationships, increasing product awareness, expanding customer coverage, and achieving sales targets within assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and detail the company’s products to healthcare professionals such as doctors, pharmacists, and medical institutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and expand product market share within the territory.
  • Conduct regular field visits to healthcare facilities to drive product awareness and adoption.
  • Organize and participate in medical presentations, seminars, and product launches.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
  • Provide accurate product information, including benefits, usage, and potential side effects.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market intelligence.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company ethical standards.
  • Submit periodic sales reports and forecasts to management.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum of B.Sc. in Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or any related life science field.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in hygiene products, medical or pharmaceutical sales.
  • Strong knowledge of hygiene products and the healthcare industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Self-motivated and target driven.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Valid driver’s license.
