Job Summary

- The role involves driving sales of financial products and services, meeting set targets, and contributing to overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of the bank’s financial products, including accounts, loans, and digital services.
- Identify and onboard new customers through proactive marketing and networking.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support retention and growth.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and performance objectives.
- Cross-sell and upsell products based on customer needs.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance during customer onboarding.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and performance.
- Represent the bank professionally in all customer interactions.
Person Specifications
- Minimum of an OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- 1–3 years of experience in banking or financial sales.
- Strong knowledge of banking products and services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
- Ability to work independently and in different locations across Nigeria.
Remuneration
N120,000 net monthly plus commissions, performance-based incentives, and additional benefits.
