Job Title: Project Architect

Location: Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Architect to manage architectural projects from concept to completion.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for design coordination, site supervision, monitoring project progress, and preparing reports while ensuring compliance with design specifications and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs and working drawings.
• Prepare and review project documentation and technical details.
• Monitor and supervise construction activities to ensure adherence to design intent and quality standards.
• Conduct site visits and provide progress reports.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Prepare periodic reports and maintain proper documentation of project activities.

Requirements & Qualifications

• BSc/HND in Architecture.
• 2–3 years post-NYSC experience in architectural practice.
• Proficiency in basic architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
• Strong skills in project monitoring, supervision, and reporting.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Male for Gender Balance
