Job Summary

• We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Experience Personnel to join our team in Lagos.
• This role is focused on ensuring that all visitors, students, and stakeholders receive a warm, structured, and seamless experience across all touchpoints of the academy.
• The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact and play a key role in shaping how the academy is perceived and experienced daily.
• The position requires someone who is confident, well-presented, and able to communicate effectively in a professional environment.
• You will be responsible for handling inquiries, guiding visitors, supporting administrative coordination, and ensuring smooth day-to-day interaction between the academy and its community.

• Ability to manage inquiries and resolve issues calmly.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Prior experience in customer service or front desk roles is an advantage.

Salary
N150,000 - N180,000 monthly.
