Job Overview

• The role focuses on day-to-day business operations, inter-departmental coordination, and the execution of the organizationstrategic vision.
• The Manager ensures that the Sales, Technical, Admin, and Finance units work in perfect harmony to meet company-wide goals, while maintaining thestandards of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Coordination: Synchronize workflows between the Technical (System Integration) and Sales departments to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Resource Optimization: Manage the company’s assets, human capital, and technology to maximize ROI and minimize wastage.
• Goal Execution: Translate thestrategic vision into actionable departmental targets and monitor their execution.
• Policy Enforcement: Act as the final internal authority on the enforcement of the Employee Policy Handbook and SOPs.
• Problem Resolution: Mediate and resolve complex operational or personnel conflicts that cannot be handled at the spervisorslevel.

Job Specifications

• B.Sc in Management, Business Administration, or Engineering.
• 3 years of operational experience, with 1yearin amanagement role.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Execution Focus: Strong ability to get things done through people and processes.
• Interpersonal Mastery: Exceptional skill in managing diverse departmental heads and technical teams.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to use CRM and financial reports to optimize performance.

Salary
N250,000 per month.
