Role Summary
- The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the acquisition of new clients and the management of existing accounts.
- The role focuses on executing the company’s sales strategy, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets while upholding company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients to expand the company’s customer base.
- Sales Execution: Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective clients using persuasive communication and negotiation skills.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an active sales pipeline, track leads, and follow up consistently to close deals.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Customer Care, and Operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Job Specifications
- Minimum of B.Sc / HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 2 years of proven sales experience.
- Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong ability to close deals and influence decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to build trust and maintain client relationships.
- Strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple prospects.
Salary
N160,000 per month.
