Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons across subjects in line with the school curriculum
- Maintain a positive, safe, and disciplined classroom environment
- Monitor pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development
- Keep accurate records of attendance, performance, and behaviour
- Assess student progress and provide timely, constructive feedback
- Communicate effectively with parents on pupil progress and concerns
- Provide pastoral care and serve as a positive role model
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school activities and events
- Maintain a clean, organised, and stimulating classroom environment
- Engage in continuous professional development
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field with 4 years experience.
- Relevant teaching qualification (PGDE/NCE is an advantage)
- Experience in a similar role within a reputable school
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Passion for teaching and commitment to student development
