Description
- We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketer to lead our marketing efforts and drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales growth for our premium rice products.
- The ideal candidate will be a creative storyteller with a deep understanding of food consumer behavior, experienced in both traditional and digital channels to connect our farm-to-table brand with modern households.
- Consumer Insights: Research market trends, consumer needs, and competitor pricing to inform product development and packaging.
- Partnerships & Partnerships: Build relationships with distributors, retailers, food influencers, and chefs to enhance distribution and brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market and competitor research
- Develop marketing strategies Manage budget and resources
- Create and manage digital contents
- Execute digital marketing
- Plan and launch marketing campaigns Analyze data and report on performance Manage customer relationships
- Refine strategy based on results
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of experience in food, agricultural, or consumer goods (FMCG) marketing.
- Proven experience leading multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, traditional).Strong writing and content creation skills, with the ability to write engaging, persuasive copy.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights) and Results-oriented mindset with a strong passion for food and agriculture.
- Excellent project management and interpersonal skills.
