We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketer

Location: Trans-Ekulu, Enugu
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote company properties and services
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
• Manage digital marketing campaigns (social media, email marketing, etc.)
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
• Organize and participate in property exhibitions and promotional events
• Prepare marketing materials and presentations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in marketing, preferably in real estate
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Good knowledge of the local real estate market is an added advantage
