We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Branch Supervisor
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily branch operations
- Monitor staff performance and provide coaching, training, and support
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalated complaints
- Assist in achieving sales targets and business objectives
- Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Oversee cash handling, transactions, and financial reporting
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping
- Manage inventory, supplies, and branch resources
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff scheduling
- Prepare operational and performance reports for management.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's Degree with 3-5 years experience.
