Job Title: Sales Engineer (Male)

Location: Ogba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Start Date: Immediate

Role Summary

• The Sales Engineer will serve as a key representative of our brand, bridging technical knowledge with strong business acumen to attract clients, build relationships, and convert opportunities into successful sales.
• The ideal candidate is confident, well-presented, and capable of communicating engineering solutions in a clear and compelling manner.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company with professionalism and a strong understanding of our engineering services.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.
• Convert leads into closed deals through consistent follow-up and excellent relationship
• management.- Provide accurate technical guidance to clients, supporting their decision-making process.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and client-specific solutions.
• Collaborate closely with internal engineering teams to design and recommend solutions.
• Monitor project activities where applicable to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Travel to client sites, project locations, or company-related engagements when required.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite/applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required.
• Proficiency or working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, or SolidWorks is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of engineering concepts and project flow.
• Solid sales experience or demonstrated ability to convert leads into revenue.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be flexible, proactive, and willing to travel as business demands.
• Prior experience in engineering sales, field engineering, or client-facing technical roles is an added advantage.
• Mature, presentable, and able to represent the company’s brand with confidence.

Salary
N140,000 - N150,000 Monthly.
