Job Title: Client Relations Officer
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilties
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing clients
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication
- Respond promptly to client inquiries, concerns, and complaints
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback for service improvement
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, support, operations) to meet client expectations
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products/services
- Prepare client reports, updates, and performance reviews
- Ensure timely delivery of products or services according to client agreements
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an OMD / NCE qualification with 1 - 2 years experience.
