We support healthcare and laboratory clients with accurate, reliable, and standards-compliant calibration solutions. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales and Order Fulfillment Officer to support our sales operations and customer experience.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Sales Officer (Beauty & Aesthetics Equipment & Consumables)
Location: Lagos
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of beauty, aesthetics, and wellness products (compression garments, injectables, fillers and related items)
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities (retail, corporate, and B2B channels)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, clinics, pharmacies, and partners
- Educate customers on product benefits, usage, and health value
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Provide feedback to improve product offerings and customer experience
- Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and in-store activations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant qualification with 3–5 years of sales/technical experience (Aesthetician, Nurse, or wellness industry preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of health and wellness products (experience working in MedSpa, Aesthetics Clinic, Beauty & Wellness Clinic, Similar sales outfits)
- Target-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
