Job Summary
- We are seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Office Assistant to support daily administrative and operational activities within the organization.
The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office operations while maintaining a high level of professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team
- Maintain office cleanliness and ensure a well-organized work environment
- Handle filing, documentation, and record-keeping tasks
- Assist in managing office supplies and inventory
- Run official errands and logistics delivery and pick-up when required
- Support staff with basic operational needs
- Receive and attend to visitors in a professional manner
- Assist in coordinating meetings and office activities
- Perform any other duties as assigned
Main Requirements
- Only MALE
- Minimum of SSCE / OND qualification
- 0–2 years relevant experience in a similar role
- Minimum of 30 years old
- Must reside within Bodija environs
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge is an added advantage
- Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision
- Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
