Job Title: Office Assistant

Location: Bodija Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Office Assistant to support daily administrative and operational activities within the organization.
    The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office operations while maintaining a high level of professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team
  • Maintain office cleanliness and ensure a well-organized work environment
  • Handle filing, documentation, and record-keeping tasks
  • Assist in managing office supplies and inventory
  • Run official errands and logistics delivery and pick-up when required
  • Support staff with basic operational needs
  • Receive and attend to visitors in a professional manner
  • Assist in coordinating meetings and office activities
  • Perform any other duties as assigned

Main Requirements

  • Only MALE
  • Minimum of SSCE / OND qualification
  • 0–2 years relevant experience in a similar role
  • Minimum of 30 years old
  • Must reside within Bodija environs
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer knowledge is an added advantage
  • Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision
  • Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail

Salary
N60,000 Monthly.
