Job Title: Property Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Job Summary

• We are seeking a responsible and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our property. The ideal candidate will manage tenants, supervise staff, and ensure the property is well-maintained and running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise property operations
• Handle tenant relations, complaints, and agreements
• Oversee rent collection and payment records
• Supervise staff (security, cleaners, maintenance, etc.)
• Ensure proper maintenance and repairs of the property
• Inspect property regularly to maintain standards
• Keep accurate records and prepare reports

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 4–5 years experience in property management or similar role
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Good communication and problem-solving ability
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
