We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Executive Manager (Building Materials)

Location: Enugu
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

  • We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to drive sales of Lafarge building materials, expand market reach, and manage customer relationships in Enugu. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the construction market and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and distribution of Lafarge products across assigned territory
  • Identify and onboard new customers (dealers, retailers, contractors)
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Promote products such as:
    • Elephant Cement
    • Lafarge Supaset
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing
  • Ensure product availability and visibility in key outlets
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Conduct regular market visits and submit sales reports
  • Support trade activations and promotional campaigns

Requirements & Qualifications

  • B.Sc / HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field with 1–3 years experience in sales (FMCG or building materials preferred)
  • Strong understanding of the construction / building materials market
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Good negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a territory
