We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Hotel Receptionist

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• The Receptionist will be responsible for welcoming guests, handling front desk operations, and ensuring smooth communication between guests and hotel departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to guests professionally.
• Handle check-in and check-out procedures.
• Manage reservations and room bookings.
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries.
• Maintain guest records and daily reports.
• Handle complaints and direct them to management when necessary.
• Ensure the reception area is clean and organized.

Requirements

• Minimum SSCE qualification.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Smart, polite, and well-presented.
• Previous hotel experience is an advantage.

Salary
N45,000 - N50,000 monthly.
