Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Location: Lagos 
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage construction and
• fit-out projects from start to finish. You will plan, coordinate, and supervise all aspects of
• project execution to ensure timely delivery, quality outcomes, and budget compliance.
• The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically sound, and possesses strong leadership and
• stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Define project deliverables in collaboration with clients.
• Develop detailed project plans and execution timelines.
• Assign tasks to teams based on strengths and skill sets.
• Supervise and coordinate site operations and sequencing of tasks.
• Track performance and analyze progress against deliverables.
• Ensure projects are delivered within budget and timeframe.
• Oversee project teams, junior staff, and vendors.
• Engage with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication.
• Write progress reports and ensure documentation is up to date.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Building Technology.
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in project management within the construction/fit-out industry.
• Prior experience handling multiple projects and managing vendors is essential.
• Background in interior fit-out is a strong advantage.

• Solid understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Proficiency in Google Suite, MS Office, and project management tools.
• Strong grasp of Program of Works, critical paths, and project sequencing.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
• Confident and persuasive public speaking and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Leadership in enforcing HSE standards and maintaining quality assurance.
• Familiarity with contract and subcontract terms.
• Must be highly organized and detail-oriented.

 Salary
N800,000 - N900,000 per month.
