We import and distribute a wide range of quality, fashionable door locksets and accessories to the trade and construction companies.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Storekeeper

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Store Keeper to manage inventory operations efficiently within Mushin and Amuwo Odofin branches.
  • The role involves overseeing stock receipt, storage, issuance, and record-keeping while ensuring accuracy, accountability, and optimal stock levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and record all incoming stock accurately
  • Ensure proper storage and organization of goods for easy access and safety
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and update the system regularly
  • Monitor stock levels and initiate timely replenishment
  • Issue stock based on approved requests and maintain proper documentation
  • Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock with system records
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports
  • Identify and report discrepancies, damages, or losses
  • Maintain proper filing of invoices, waybills, and stock records
  • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization of the store at all times

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in storekeeping or inventory management
  • Experience in retail, warehouse, or hardware environments is an advantage
  • Familiarity with stock control processes and documentation
  • Ability to handle stock responsibly and maintain accurate records
  • Must live near Mushin or Amuwo Odofin

Minimum Qualification:

  • Minimum of OND (ND) in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong organizational and inventory management skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good record-keeping and documentation skills
  • Basic computer literacy (Excel and inventory systems)
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities
  • Integrity and accountability.

Salary
N80,000 - N120,000 / Month.
