Bespoke Urban Luxury Limited is a fast-growing real estate company with its head office in Maitama, Abuja, that deals majorly in sales of landed property to reduce the housing deficit in Nigeria and Africa.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Maitama, Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilties

• Identify and generate new leads through marketing campaigns, referrals, and personal networks
• Present and promote Bespoke Urban Luxury properties to prospective clients
• Conduct property inspections/site visits with clients
• Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into sales
• Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
• Keep proper records of client interactions and transactions
• Work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to improve client experience
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor`s Degree with 1 - 5 years experience.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 monthly.
