We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Personal Assistant

Location: Gbagada, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for the executive
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and official documents
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications professionally
  • Organize travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Maintain confidential files and records
  • Take meeting minutes and follow up on action points
  • Coordinate office activities and support daily operations
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of management
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum of HND / B.Sc. in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Officer
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure
  • Professional appearance and good etiquette

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Good knowledge of office procedures
