We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Videographer

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Description

• We are looking for a skilled videographer to capture high-quality and attractive videos for our various projects.
• Your responsibilities will include planning, filming and editing video content according to client briefs.
• You should be able to creatively narrate our desired story, while maintaining a high level of quality and adhering to our brand’s guidelines.
• Our ideal candidate has a strong understanding of camera techniques, and an eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Create video content in line with brand guidelines and project requirements
• Storyboarding and scripting, planning and scheduling shoots
• Managing and overseeing all technical aspects of video recording and editing
• Work with creative teammates, including marketers and designers
• Work with our team to develop video marketing strategies
• Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency
• Regularly collaborate with marketing team
• Follow the company’s brand guidelines
• Consulting with clients to understand video content goals and objectives
• Planning the video script and storyboard
• Setting up and breaking down recording equipment before and after use
• Operating video cameras, on location to capture important moments or events
• Ensuring the proper lighting and sound setup for video recording
• Editing video, including sound, to ensure a high-quality final product

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3-6 years experience.
• Proven work experience as a videographer
• Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio
• Proficient in Final Cut Pro X, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premier Pro
• Knowledge of cameras, lighting, sound and other aspects of video production
• Creative thinking with storytelling skills
• Degree in film studies, cinematography or related field is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines
