We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Executive Driver

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

• We are seeking a punctual, reliable, and highly professional Executive Driver to provide corporate transportation services for high-net-worth individuals across Lekki and surrounding areas.
• This is not a ride-hailing role (e.g., Uber/Bolt).
• You will be representing our premium executive logistics brand, so professionalism, discretion, and excellent service delivery are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport clients within Lekki, Victoria Island, Ikoyi, and nearby areas
• Adhere to standard working hours (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM), with flexibility for occasional overtime
• Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and in excellent working condition at all times
• Maintain a courteous, respectful, and discreet relationship with clients
• Comply with all traffic laws and company driving policies

Requirements

• Minimum of an HND qualification
• Valid Lagos State Driver’s License
• Minimum of 3 years’ professional driving experience
• Clean driving record
• Strong punctuality and reliability (must report to the car location by 7:30 AM daily)
• Good knowledge of Lagos roads, especially Lekki, Victoria Island, and Ikoyi.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary (Monthly) N120,000
• Data Allowance (Monthly)
• Night Allowance (after 10:00 PM, per occurrence) N5,000 – N7,500
• Overtime Pay (after 6:00 PM, per hour) N4,000 – N5,000
• Out-of-Station Allowance (per night outside Lagos) N20,000 – N35,000
