We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Senior Structural Engineer

Location: Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Lead structural design and execution of major residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects
• Design, analyze, and model structural systems including steel frameworks, RC structures, and foundations
• Review, analyze, and ensure all structural designs comply with industry standards
• Conduct advanced structural analysis including load calculations and safety assessments
• Coordinate with civil engineers, architects, and MEP teams across all project phases
• Supervise and provide technical guidance to junior structural engineers and site teams
• Prepare structural drawings, specifications, and engineering reports
• Liaise with regulatory bodies for permit approvals and inspections

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
• Minimum8–10 yearsof relevant experience in real estate and construction projects
• Professional Engineer (PE) licenseor COREN certification preferred or required
• NSE membership is a major advantage

Technical Skills Required:

• STAAD Pro, Prokon, Orion for structural analysis
• AutoCAD and Revit for structural drawings
• Familiarity with Nigerian building codes (NIS) and Eurocodes/British Standards.
