Job Title: Operations Manager

Job Summary

• As the Operations Manager, you will oversee daily business operations, manage production and order fulfillment, and ensure efficient coordination across teams while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations including production, order processing, and delivery coordination
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and ensure proper product handling and storage
• Supervise staff performance and ensure adherence to operational standards and timelines
• Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment
• Implement operational processes to improve efficiency, quality, and customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related fields
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management within fashion, retail, or related sectors
• Professional certification in Operations Management or Project Management is an advantage
• Strong leadership, organizational, and process management skills
• Good understanding of inventory management, production workflow, and customer service operations.

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 monthly.
