We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Project Manager, Construction

Education Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree is the baseline requirement, but a Master's Degree significantly strengthens a candidate's profile.
• Accepted degree disciplines include: Civil Engineering(B.Eng. / B.Sc.), Architecture(B.Arch. / M.Arch.), Construction Managementor Construction Science, Architectural Engineeringor Industrial Engineering
• For candidates with degrees in unrelated fields, a Master of Architecture(3–4 year program) or a postgraduate degree in Construction Management can substitute. Some firms also accept candidates without a degree if they have 10+ years of directly relevant construction project management experience.

Experience Requirements:
Hands-on field experience in construction, civil, or architectural projects is non-negotiable for senior roles. The typical requirements are:

• 7–10 years of progressive construction or civil engineering project management experience
• 3–5 years in a senior or lead project management role, overseeing multi-disciplinary teams
• Demonstrated ability to manage the full project lifecycle— from concept design through construction delivery and close-out
• Experience coordinating with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and contractors
• Exposure to contract administration, budget control, and regulatory compliance.
