We are already training NYSC corp members in various tech courses across Nigeria to prepare them to be employable in the digital economic space.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Virtual Assistant

Location: Remote

Job Summary

• Develop leads and virtually assist in capital generation via revenue drive by working on timely set goals.
• Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling for effective clientele growth.
• Handle emails, phone calls, chats, and correspondence professionally according to organisational structure.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required based on the tasks on execution.
• Coordinate virtual meetings, and follow up on corporate social responsibilities of the organisation.
• Manage training arrangements and get enrollments (where applicable)
• Maintain organized registration systems as suitable on the required services.
• Conduct targeted research and compile data for teams action plan.
• Assist with social media management and basic content posting (social media account with negative contents/post such as slander will not be accepted)
• Handle confidential information with professional discretion as applicable.
• Provide general support for clients and prospective clients.

Qualifications

• Interested applicant should possess HND / Bachelor`s Degree with entry level, freelance or volunteer qualifications.
• Applicant must be between 20 - 30 years as at the time of applying for this position.
• Female applicant is preferred for this role in compliance with the 35% female affirmative law of Nigeria.
• Applicant must have remote work tools and be able to work remotely without much supervision.
• Applicant must have a functional active social media accounts not less than 6-months in operation and without any defamatory posts or comments.
• Applicant must be a valid Nigerian citizen based in Nigeria or abroad.
