Job Title: Female General Manager

Location: Ojodu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

The Role / Job Summary

• As General Manager, you will have full ownership of the day-to-day performance, culture and guest experience of the Business.
• You will lead from the front, execute plans, focusing on outstanding guest experience, revenue generation, and commercial success.

Your responsibilities will include

• Overall leadership of the facility, food & beverage and accommodation
• You will create and deliver the masterplan with a strategic focus on guest experience, revenue generation and achieving commercial results.
• Delivering outstanding guest experience at every touchpoint
• Managing and developing a strong team
• Full P&L responsibility, driving revenue and controlling costs
• Setting and maintaining high service and presentation standards
• You will maximize occupancy and brand visibility, compliance to legislation and standards, due diligence requirements and manage the hotel budget.
• Reporting to the Director, you will work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth running of the facility.
• Prepare and present periodic operational and financial reports to director.
• This is a visible, hands-on role – you will be strongly present in the business, supporting your team and engaging with guests.

Who are we looking for?

• Interested candidates should possess an OND / HND / Bachelor`s Degree
• A guest focused and passionate leader for service,
• Social media and content creation experience
• Can inspire, develop and grow a winning team
• Financial understanding, experience working with P&Ls, sales and labour budgeting
• Develop sales and deliver on financial targets
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Experience in a similar position is beneficial but not essential.
• Flexibility and comfortable managing a small team,
• Female and live close to Ikeja / Ojodu.

Salary
N250,000 - N350,000 monthly.
