Job Title: Farm Operations Lead

Job Type: 6-month contract, extendable based on performance.

Description

• We are seeking a Farm Operations Lead (Hands-on Role) to support daily farm activities across crop production, poultry (layers & broilers), and general farm operations.
• We are looking for a strong field leader who can drive daily execution and results on the ground.

Role Overview

• The lead will work directly with farm workers on-site, lead daily tasks, ensure productivity, and support the Farm Operations Manager in executing all farm operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily farm activities
• Work alongside staff in crops and poultry units
• Assign and monitor daily tasks
• Ensure high productivity and discipline among workers
• Report daily operations and issues to management

Requirements

• 3+ years farm experience (poultry, crops, or mixed farming)
• Strong leadership and hands-on field experience
• Ability to work long hours and lead by example
• Practical, hardworking, and reliable.

Salary
N70,000 - N100,000 Monthly.
