About the Role
- We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Manager to oversee and coordinate all administrative operations within our fast-growing real estate firm.
- The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily office operations, proper facility management, structured documentation, and efficient administrative support across sales and operational teams.
- This role is critical to maintaining operational excellence and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the office.
- Manage facility maintenance, pool cars, utilities, office supplies, and vendor relationships.
- Supervise administrative staff and ensure service delivery standards are met.
- Handle petty cash management and expense tracking.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, trainings, and company events.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing systems (physical and digital).
- Support management with operational reporting.
- Implement administrative policies and process improvements.
- Ensure smooth coordination between departments (HR, Sales, Finance).
Performance Expectations
- 100% availability of office supplies and utilities.
- 98% vendor payment and service coordination efficiency.
- Zero major operational disruptions due to administrative lapses.
- Accurate petty cash reconciliation monthly.
- Timely resolution of facility-related issues (within 24–48 hours).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related fields
- 4 - 6 years experience in an administrative leadership role (real estate experience is an advantage).
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Experience supervising administrative staff.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
- High level of integrity and accountability.
