Job Title: Human Resources Manager
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing core HR functions and supporting organizational growth across our Lagos and Abuja operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment and talent management processes
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Manage staff records, payroll coordination, and compliance documentation
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution
- Drive performance management and staff development initiatives
- Support management in strategic HR planning
- Coordinate administrative and facility-related functions (where applicable).
Requirements
- 3 - 7 years proven experience in Human Resources roles
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, policies, and compliance
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
- Knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Knowledge of Facility Management is an added advantage.
