Job Title: Project Manager (Electrical)
Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Role Purpose
- The Project Manager (Electrical) will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of electrical aspects of HVAC projects.
- This role ensures that all electrical installations, controls, and systems are designed, implemented, and maintained in compliance with industry standards, client requirements, and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage electrical components of HVAC projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation for electrical works.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.
- Supervise installation of electrical panels, wiring, controls, and automation systems for HVAC equipment.
- Ensure compliance with local electrical codes, safety standards, and data privacy/security requirements in building automation.
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors for electrical materials and services.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for electrical systems.
- Monitor project progress, budget, and timelines, providing regular reports to management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to electrical systems in HVAC projects.
- Ensure proper documentation, testing, and commissioning of electrical installations.
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide technical support during and after project delivery.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 3–5 years’ experience in electrical project management, preferably within HVAC or building services.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, controls, and automation in HVAC applications.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale projects with multidisciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., MS Project).
- Excellent understanding of safety regulations, electrical codes, and standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Project management certification is an added advantage.
