Job Summary
- We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Officer to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, improving processes, and supporting overall business efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily operational activities
- Coordinate internal processes to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Monitor operational performance and prepare reports
- Support administrative and logistics functions
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions
- Collaborate with different teams to ensure seamless operations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, or a related field
- 1–2 years of relevant work experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 per month.
