Job Title: Telesales Executive

Job Summary
- We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Telesales Executive to join our sales team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging existing and potential customers via telephone to promote and sell Koolboks products and services, while delivering excellent customer service and achieving set sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Call existing and prospective customers to promote and sell Koolboks products and services.
- Clearly explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.
- Accurately record details of customer purchase orders and interactions.
- Process customer purchases in line with company procedures.
- Generate qualified leads for the outside sales team.
- Manage and maintain customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Gather and document customer information, including payment methods, purchases, and feedback.
- Build and sustain strong customer relationships to drive customer retention.
- Use company-provided sales scripts to effectively handle objections and close sales.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of Koolboks products and services to make tailored recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly call volume and sales targets.
- Perform any additional duties assigned to support the growth and development of Koolboks.
Requirements & Qualifications
- BSc / HND in any related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in a telesales role.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
- Good data entry and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to handle objections and remain resilient under pressure.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (CRM systems, Microsoft Office, etc.).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Salary
N120,000 - N135,000 monthly.
