About the Role

• We are seeking an organised and proactive Operations Manager to oversee the daily running of our wig studio / salon in Lekki Phase 1.
• The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations, excellent customer experience, efficient staff coordination, and achievement of business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day studio / salon operations, including appointments, inventory, and service delivery.
• Manage staff scheduling, performance, and training to maintain high service standards.
• Monitor stock levels for wigs, hair products, tools, and salon supplies; coordinate procurement.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Track sales, expenses, and key metrics; prepare regular reports for management.
• Implement systems and processes to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Coordinate with stylists, wig makers, and vendors to meet client deadlines.
• Support marketing efforts, promotions, and client engagement activities

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in salon, beauty, or retail operations management.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. 
• Good knowledge of salon/wig business operations is an advantage.
• Proficiency in basic inventory and reporting tools (Excel / Google Sheets).
• Customer-focused with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in Lekki Phase 1 (accommodation provided).

Salary
N200,000 monthly.
