Job Title: Front Desk Personnel

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Receive and attend to clients/patients in a professional manner
• Manage appointments and inquiries
• Handle billing, documentation, and data entry
• Maintain a clean and organized front office environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in any relevant discipline
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Prior experience in a healthcare or customer service role is an advantage.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data systems.
