• Provide administrative and secretarial support.
• Attend to customer inquiries (walk-in, phone, online).
• Maintain records and manage office communication.
• Follow up on orders and ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Organized and able to multitask.
• Basic Microsoft Office suite / social media skills.
• Must have knowledge of graphic art.
