We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Area 11 Garki, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and convert qualified real estate leads Actively market Bravies Homz properties to clients
  • Follow up on leads via calls, WhatsApp, and site inspections
  • Close property sales and meet monthly targets
  • Maintain accurate client records and sales reports Attend property inspections and marketing activation

Skills & Competencies

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor Degree, HND, OND qualification
  • 2 - 3 years of work experience.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills Negotiation and closing ability Client relationship management Self-motivated, proactive and target-driven Professional conduct and trustworthines
  • Proven sales or closing experience (results matter).
