Job Overview

• The General Manager will lead overall business operations, drive growth, and ensure alignment across all functions including production, sales, creative, and finance.
• This role requires strong fashion industry expertise and the ability to scale operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business growth, profitability, and market expansion.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure cross-functional alignment.
• Manage fashion production, ensuring quality, timelines, and cost efficiency.
• Monitor sales, customer insights, and market trends.
• Identify new opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
• Ensure effective coordination across design, production, inventory, and sales.
• Optimize processes and implement scalable systems.
• Lead and develop high-performing teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Fashion, or related field.
• 6–8 years experience, with mandatory fashion industry experience.
• Proven leadership experience in a fashion or retail business.
• Strong knowledge of fashion production and merchandising.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Salary
N1,000,000 - N1,500,000 / Month.
