Job Title: General Manager
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement short, medium and long term operational strategies to achieve the vision and corporate aspirations of the Association.
- Responsible for the effective operations of 1004 Estate, embracing administration, financial, personel and facility management functions, with a significant role in strategic planning and sustainability.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Estate Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of at least 10 years managerial experience in facility/general management roles in a similar setting.
- Proven experience leading and managing operations and maintenance teams.
- Strong understanding of bulding systems, asset management, and maintenance planning.
- A post graduate degree (e.g. MBA) from a reputable university is an added avantage.
- Membership of International Facility Management Association (IFMA), Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) or Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) is an added adantage.
