Job Description

• We’re building Africa’s protein infrastructure - financing farmers, aggregating supply, and distributing chicken & fish at scale. We’re hiring a Head of Commercial Strategy & Operations to support the CEO, build our commercial engine and drive execution across the business.

What You’ll Own

• Drive consistent sales of chicken & fish across key markets
• Build and manage relationships with bulk buyers (distributors, QSRs, processors)
• Own pricing, margins, and revenue growth
• Align supply (farms) with demand (buyers)
• Improve cash cycles and collections
• Build a structured commercial pipeline (systems, dashboards, reporting)

CEO Partnership
You will work directly with the CEO to:

• Translate strategy into execution across teams
• Drive alignment between commercial, operations, and finance
• Track key metrics and enforce accountability
• Identify bottlenecks and solve cross-functional problems

Requirements
Who This Is For:

• 5–10+ years in commercial, strategy, or operations roles preferably in similar field
• Strong track record of owning revenue or business outcomes
• Comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
• Builder mindset. You create structure where none exists

This role is NOT for you if:

• You are looking for an administrative or assistant role

• You have not owned outcomes (revenue, operations, or performance)
