We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Area Sales Manager (South-South)

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and goals for the assigned area.
• Manage, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives, ensuring they are properly trained and equipped to succeed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including doctors, hospitals, and pharmacies.
• Monitor and track the performance of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting sales goals and targets.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and development.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical guidelines, and all relevant regulations.
• Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, analyze sales data, and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts for the area.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned area.
• Work effectively with other departments, including marketing, research and development, and regulatory affairs.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 monthly.
