Job Summary

• We are seeking a Billing Support Engineer to manage and support billing systems, ensure accurate customer billing, and resolve billing-related issues within a telecommunications environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain billing systems to ensure accurate invoicing
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and customer complaints
• Perform data reconciliation and billing validation checks
• Support configuration and testing of new products and pricing plans
• Identify and resolve billing system errors and anomalies
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, and Customer Support teams
• Generate reports on billing performance and revenue accuracy

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
• 3–5 years’ experience in telecom billing or a similar role
• Strong understanding of billing systems and processes
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Salary
₦300,000 – ₦500,000 Monthly.
