Job Summary
- We are seeking a Billing Support Engineer to manage and support billing systems, ensure accurate customer billing, and resolve billing-related issues within a telecommunications environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain billing systems to ensure accurate invoicing
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and customer complaints
- Perform data reconciliation and billing validation checks
- Support configuration and testing of new products and pricing plans
- Identify and resolve billing system errors and anomalies
- Collaborate with IT, Finance, and Customer Support teams
- Generate reports on billing performance and revenue accuracy
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
- 3–5 years’ experience in telecom billing or a similar role
- Strong understanding of billing systems and processes
- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Salary
₦300,000 – ₦500,000 Monthly.
