The 1004 Home Owners and Residents Association (1004 HORA) - 1004 Estate Management Office is recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Accounts Officer
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, and company budgets
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure financial accuracy
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Track Estate income, expenses, and investment performance
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with 3-5 years accounting experience (experience in real estate is an advantage)
- Professional certification (ICAN is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
