Job Title: Facilities Management Officer
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Roles and Responsibilities
- Implement Service Level Agreement, HSE & Client Expectations across various projects;
- Project management, supervision and coordination of contractors;
- Directing, coordinating and planning essential central services such as maintenance, cleaning and waste disposal.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture or related discipline.
- Minimum 6 years' experience in Facilities Management, 3 of which should be at a senior / mid-management level, preferably in a large / medium size organization.
- Strong Project Management & FM Skills.
