The 1004 Home Owners and Residents Association (1004 HORA) - 1004 Estate Management Office is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Facilities Management Officer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Implement Service Level Agreement, HSE & Client Expectations across various projects;
  • Project management, supervision and coordination of contractors;
  • Directing, coordinating and planning essential central services such as maintenance, cleaning and waste disposal.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture or related discipline.
  • Minimum 6 years' experience in Facilities Management, 3 of which should be at a senior / mid-management level, preferably in a large / medium size organization.
  • Strong Project Management & FM Skills.
